First driving lesson can be nerve racking but it is also great opportunity to decide on important things. First of all, when you book your first lesson, it is important to learn what type of car you will be driving. For example, my first lesson was on a Citroen C3. Some may find this car too small and others may like it. Would you like to spend 35 hours driving in this car? These are the questions you should ask yourself in the very first driving lessons.

What to expect from first driving lesson

Generally driver instructors prefer an empty parking space of a shopping mole for the first driving lesson. Generally driver instructor will start checking your eye sight. You should be able to read a plate no from a specific distance. Therefore if you wear glasses you should take it with you. Secondly, driver instructor will be checking your provisional driver license. Make sure that you have it with you and also confirm that the address on the driving license is still valid.

Making the most of your driving lesson 

It is best to check if you will get on well with your driving instructor. Secondly make you will be happy to take remaining 30-35 hours of course in this car. Do not forget that you may even take the practical exam in this car. If you ask me what to wear on your first driving lesson I would say do not opt for skinny jeans or tight jumpers. Stress of driving and sitting on the driver seat will already make you sweat. Wear something you will feel comyf and most importantly we are a comfortable shoe. Boots or high heels will not help you while driving and to find the bite of the car you may need to wear comfortable shoes.
